  • Polymer Insulation Products specialise in the manufacture, marketing and sale of portable, autonomous polyurethane systems. Located in Maldegem [Belgium], Polymer Insulation Products offers a wide range of polyurethane systems and equipment for the professional user. Our strategically located offices mean we can quickly supply European clients with high quality products and services.

    Polymer Insulation Products is a market leader when it comes to innovation geared towards minimising the impact on the environment. The foam systems produced by Polymer Insulation Products meet the guidelines laid out in the Montreal Protocol dated 1987. The products do not contain formaldehyde or CFCs. Most duel component systems are available in refillable packaging. The polyurethane foams are easy to use and do not require a huge investment when it comes to the necessary equipment. Clients can visit the head office in Maldegem - or receive representatives at their own offices - for demonstrations and courses. Polymer Insulation Products guarantees excellent support during the execution of a client’s project.

  • FROTH-PAK™ Mousse de Polyuréthane

    La mousse FROTH-PAK™ bi-composants durcit par réaction chimique. Elle est constituée d’un produit A (isocyanate) code rouge et d’un produit B (polyol) code bleu.

    Ces deux composants sont mélangés dans une buse clipsée sur le pistolet. Le mélange ainsi formé, projeté ou injecté durcit beaucoup plus vite que la mousse mono-composant. Grâce à ses capacités adhésives la mousse bi-composants donne une barrière contre les courants d’air avec des caractéristiques excellentes au niveau de la résistance à la chaleur et de l’insonorisation.

    La mousse FROTH-PAK™ bi-composant expanse en proportion de 1/4. Une fois durcie, la mousse peut être coupée, poncée et peinte. La mousse FROTH-PAK™ bi-composant est disponible en différents conditionnements allant du kit aérosol aux grands systèmes rechargeables, pour les applications commerciales et industrielles. Les produits ont été développés en conformité avec les exigences des clients.

    Quelque soit l’application, la mousse polyuréthane bi composant FROTH-PAK™ à projeter ou à injecter, réaction rapide ou lente, en petit ou en gros conditionnement, jetable ou rechargeable répond à vos besoins les plus divers.

  • FROTH-PAK 180 SR/QR/HD

    The FROTH-PAK 180 products are sold in a kit where an isocyanate tank is combined with a polyol tank. Depending on application we opt for the slow rise [SR], quick rise [QR] or high density [HD] polyol. Two hoses connect the separate tanks with the spray gun. The nozzle which clicks onto the spray gun allows uniform mixing of the two basic components of the insulating polyurethane foam. The kit contains 2 dispensable pressurized tanks which must be connected with hoses to a spray gun. The package has a metal handle allowing you to move the kit while working. The total gross weight of the kit is approximately 17kg.

    Under free rise conditions the Froth-Pak 180 kit gives a yield of approximately 400 litres of expanded PU foam.

  • FROTH-PAK 600 SR/QR/HD

    The FROTH-PAK 600 products are always used in a combination; an isocyanate tank combined with a polyol tank. Depending on application we opt for the slow rise [SR], quick rise [QR] or high density [HD] polyol. Two hoses connect the separate tanks with the spray gun. The nozzle which clicks onto the spray gun allows uniform mixing of the two basic components of the insulating polyurethane foam. The separate tanks are pressurized and have a gross weight of approximately 25 kg.

    Under free rise conditions the Froth-Pak 600 kit gives a yield of approximately 1400 litres of expanded PU foam.

  • FROTH-PAK 1900 SR/QR

    The refillable FROTH-PAK 1900 products are always used in a combination; an isocyanate tank combined with a polyol tank. Depending on application we opt for the slow rise [SR] or quick rise [QR] polyol. A nitrogen tank is connected to the two basic components by means of a double pressure regulator. Two hoses connect the separate tanks with the spray gun. The nozzle which clicks onto the spray gun allows uniform mixing of the two basic components of the insulating polyurethane foam. The separate tanks are pressurized and have a gross weight of approximately 95 kg. The tank is refillable and is charged with a deposit which is reimbursed on return of the cylinder according to our general sales conditions.

    Under free rise conditions the Froth-Pak 1900 kit gives a yield of approximately 4500 litres of expanded PU foam.

  • Gun Hose Assemblies

    The Gun Hose Assembly [GHA] kit consists of a spray gun, two connected hoses and 10 nozzles. The patented INSTA-FLO spray gun is made from lightweight synthetic material; it is strong and the flow rate is easily controlled by means of a touch sensitive trigger.

  • Anti-Crossover Nozzles

    The anti-crossover nozzle prevents the liquid base components from overflowing by means of a unique, patented internal nonreturn valve. Due to the clear part of the nozzle you can see whether the nozzle has been used. A new cone-shaped design improves the foam mixture. Side wings allow you to fix the nozzle to the spraying gun easier and faster.
